Nu este necesar\u0103 \u00eenregistrarea sau depunerea operei la o institu\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen SUA (istoric): Simbolul \u00a9 era esen\u021bial pentru a ob\u021bine protec\u021bie legal\u0103. \u00cen majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor (prezent): Datorit\u0103 Conven\u021biei de la Berna, simbolul nu mai este obligatoriu pentru ca dreptul de autor s\u0103 existe. Cu toate acestea, el joac\u0103 un rol crucial de avertizare public\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simbolul este utilizat pe aproape orice form\u0103 de expresie creativ\u0103. Astfel el apare \u00een literatur\u0103 pe coper\u021bile c\u0103r\u021bilor, articole, \u00een media digital\u0103 pe site-uri web, bloguri (de obicei \u00een <em>footer<\/em> sau subsol), aplica\u021bii software.
